At Symphony Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed RMA form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
